Nepal ITF Celebrates 13th Anniversary,30th Jul-7th Aug.2010

Kathmandu, 8th August, 2010

Nepal International Taekwon-Do Federation has celebrated its 13th Anniversary of establishment in Nepal with lunching creative programs. Black belts Dan grading, food feeding to elders, Blood Donation, Sanitation Program, anniversary ceremony and Players awarding programs scheduled from 30th July to 7th August were enclosed on auspicious occasion of 13th Anniversary.

The first program of Black Belts grading was lunched in four different places of Nepal; Biratnagar, Kathmandu, Pokhara and Nepal Gunj.
In Second program of food feeding to elders, Mr. Krishna Bahadur Balal president of Nepal ITF with Executive members, Senior Instructors and Players has handed over the food to 230 disable & homeless elders of Pashupati Care taker Center, Kathmandu under banner of “respect elders, respect yourself”.
In Third program of Blood donation, 6o members of Taekwon-Do practitioners & supporters had gifted their magnanimous blood under banner of “Donate blood, save the life”
In fourth program of Sanitation concluded in the area of National Sports Council, more than 200 members from different Dojangs/Clubs/Schools were participated with keen interest under the slogan of “Clean mind, Clean body”.
The fifth program named Anniversary Ceremony and Players Awarding Program had been finished on the date of establishment of Nepal ITF, 7th August. In that program, Miss. Tulasha Rajtha from Lilitpur district, Tej Bahadur Bogati from Trubhuvan Army Club were awarded as the title of Best Players of the year-2009. Miss. Shanti Tamang and Central ITF Taekwon-Do Association were awarded as Best Instructor of the year-2009 & Best Association of the year- 2009, respectively. All of them were awarded by Certificates and Cash Prizes of Rs. 5000/- each. Similarly, Founder President, Instructors and lifetime supporters of Nepal ITF were also awarded with Honor Certificates. Mr. Hari Babu Chaudhari, member secretary of Natinal Sports Council (NSC) has handed over the certificates and cash prizes each. Mr. Krishna Bahadur Balal, president of Nepal has explained the activities of Nepal on the special program of anniversary ceremony. He has also announced creative programs scheduled for upcoming program. Members of NSC, Executive members, senior instructors, National & International players, Taekwon-Do lovers, supporters of Nepal had provided their valuable time to the program.
All of the programs enclosed on the auspicious occasion of 13th Anniversary were highly covered and appreciated by the National Medias.
