On May 9th,Russian the 4th international ITF Taekwon-Do Tournament for the prize of president of Pacific State University of Economics, V. Belkin was held in Pacific State University of Economics, Vladivostok, Russia.

4 National teams,150 players (from Russia, Vietnam, People republic of China and Republic of Korea)took part in the competition.
Some players showed their utmost high level of the competition and in 4 sections- sparring, special technique, power breaking and self-defense routine.
Through this opportunity all the participants shared their friendship, Taekwon-Do activity experience and Taekwon-Do technical issues.
During this tournament technical seminar was held under several Korean Senior Masters like Pang Chol Nam and Jon Mun Chol.
On this occasion all the participants at this tournament expressed their gratitude to the Korean Masters who have devoted themselves to the ITF Taekwon-Do development in this vast territory and without whom nobody can expect of today's ITF development in Russian Far East.
