On Saturday, March 6th 2010 Umpire and technical seminar was held in Miranda State,Venezuela in cooperation of the Cooperative Association of Miranda State.
45 seminar participants took part in the seminar with Sabum Jose Luis Zapata as this seminar conductor.
At this seminar participants learnt and practiced all the rules of ITF sparing tournament and umpiring.
