Constructive discussion on the ITF Tournament rules and Seminar successfully held in DPRKorea

From 6th to 11th of July 2008 in Pyongyang, DPR Korea the constructive discussion for revising and improving the ITF Sparring tournament rules with Grand Master Rhee Ki Ha, Senior Vice-President, Master Ri Yong Sok, ITF Technical Committee Chairman, Master Hwang Ho Yong, ITF Education Committee Chairman, and Korean Masters in attendance.

During this time the Technical Seminar was held, guided by Grand Master Rhee Ki Ha and conducted by Master Ri Yong Sok and Master Hwang Ho Yong with lots of Korean Masters and Instructors in attendance.
