Master Enrique Deacon invited Senior Master Ricardo Desimone as Chairman of the Technical Committee of South American Taekwon-do Federation (STF) to give a seminar in Lima City-Perú held on April 17, 18 and 19th.

The mentioned seminar was very successful with presence of a hundred of participants holding ITF Gup or Dan.
During the seminar he had give a important explanation about the Taekwon-do Tenets and its protocol to follow and all the related technical points based on the points stressed during Masters’ seminar held in Pyong, DPR Korea in Jul.2008 in attendance of Grand Master Rhee.
