The 3th International Taekwon-Do Seminar in France occurred July 3-5th in Varces, animated by Master Kim Ung Chol.

About 40 Taekwon-Doists participated from clubs all around France as well as England, Holland, Switzerland, Czech Republic and Bulgaria.

Each day Master Kim Ung Chol taught for seven hours covering stretching techniques (which showed how unbelievably flexible he is), detailed arm and leg techniques, and covered all the patterns from white belt to IV degree.

Sparring and self-defence techniques also played an equally important part of the seminar.

The seminar finished by a test for the coloured belts as well as a black belt test, which resulted in 3 new 4th degree black belts in France.

ITF France wants to thank Master Kim Ung Chol for his generosity and availability as well as all the taekwondoists who participated in the seminar.

The 4th International Seminar with Master Kim Ung Chol is currently planned for the second half of 2009-2010.
