There has been Regional technical seminar conducted by Senior Master in Volgograd,Russia between May.28th -29th,2010.

Senior Master Kim is one of the pioneers in ITF Taekwon-Do development in Russia and he has been stationed in St.Petersburg for more than 15 years, while having made a great contribution to the ITF Taekwon-Do development in this vast region.

At the seminar it gave emphasis on Taekwon-Do main movements, sparing and patterns.
At this seminar many ITF practitioners including Instructors, 4thDan, 5th Dan and 6th Dan holders and some color belt students.
