Report of the 3rd ITF National Taekwon-Do Championships in Herat Province, Afghanistan

This championships has been conducted on November 16, 2012 on the occasion of (94th Birthday Anniversary of General Choi Hong Hi) by AANTA in Herat Province of Afghanistan.

In this championships there were 120 AANTA’s members of Juniors and Seniors Participated . One day before the championships a technical and umpiring seminar has been conducted by Mr. Mohammad Maruf Sharifzada Chairman of Umpire Committee of AANTA , 5th Degree black belt and class A Certified umpire. He has explained all the ITF Tournament and umpiring rules and exercised all parameters of the ITF patterns, sparring, special techniques, Power breaking and self-defense routine.
His excellency Hed Mohammad shirzai Founder & President of All Afghanistan National Taekwon-Do Association has travelled from Kabul to Herat Province and helped the seminar and over all competition day. Special thanks to our beloved president in all his supports and efforts in recognitions of modern ITF to the Afghan community.
The competition was very successful, where the Herat National Olympic president was also attended in medal and awards distribution ceremony.
